Exciting updates from the FSC
For many years the Fundatia de Sprijin Comunitar has been a close partner of ours. Supporting the work they do in Romania has meant that the money we raise can be used efficiently without incurring additional and unneccesary costs. That’s why it’s always a pleasure to bring you updates of what they’re doing and sharing their successes.
Dacia Duster vehicle for home care service vists
A partner of the FSC helped support the purchase of a new vehicle to help continue the excellent work the charity does in delivering vital care. The previous car had accumulated hundreds of thousands of miles and this addition will further improve mobility and continue care for the 400 remote, elderly and sick people to whom this service is so important.
Activ Mosaic
This project encourages volunteers and beneficiaries to use their imagination and become creative. Offering therapeutic and educational benefit, their handmade work produces beautiful jewellery, decorations and gifts!
Volunteers collect food
Around a ton of food was collected by volunteers at local supermarkets during the 7th edition of the National Food Collection
Raising Funds
This month, 100s of items produced by the initiative were available for passers-by to look at and purchase. Some of the beautiful products including plushies, bags, key rings and jewelery can be seen below!
